Personnel
Provide opportunities that foster and encourage those features characteristic of high staff morale.
Provide remuneration and benefit package for all employees, which together with working climate and living conditions are competitive enough to hire and retain quality staff.
ACS will have a pool of content and competent volunteers to assist teachers and provide local content. This volunteer group includes parents, qualified high school students, and other members of the community.
Create and follow an effective evaluation process that includes performance criteria for all personnel that reflects our strategic plan.
Develop and implement a comprehensive staff development program that supports the strategic plan and that reflects the needs of the school.
Implement a hiring policy that ensures all staff are educationally qualified and appropriately experienced and demonstrate qualities that reflect ACS mission.

Establish an Endowment for ACS
Provide Financial Aid on a temporary basis to any current students in financial distress with funds provided from resources other than tuition.
Provide Scholarship Fund for deserving secondary level paying students.
Communication
The ACS Connection contains essential information in a user-friendly format that easily guides parents to timely information relevant to their child
Communications policy, systems, practices, and signage to ensure timely and accurate information on events, schedules, counselor roles and hours, school supplies, classroom and facility locations, etc.
Clear and consistent standards and practices for parent-teacher communication are in place at all school levels that ensure regular and open communication, attending particularly to new and struggling students.
A functioning cultural committee actively seeks opportunities to draw from and celebrate ACSs diverse cultures through curriculum, student activities, invited speakers and performances.
The PTA has broad participation from parents and teachers in organizing gatherings and activities that provide opportunities for parents, teachers, administrators, and students to get to know one another.
ACS parents have a high degree of engagement with the school board and administration and confidence in the representation and communications from a broad leadership structure.
