| General Assembly Meetings |
Meetings of the entire voting membership that includes, parents and teachers.

Business meetings of the Board of Trustees that are held monthly except in June, July and February. Parents are encouraged to attend but may not participate in the meeting. |

In case of an emergency that would result in school closure for a short period of time, ACS families would be notified by phone by ACS staff. |
