The ACS Parent Teacher Association is pleased to announce that it will produce an ACS Family Directory for the 2004-2005 school year. The directory will include the names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers of all ACS families along with helpful school information, international family contacts, and more. As the PTA will receive this information from school records, please make sure your information is correct and up to date. *

PTA is requesting a $5 donation per family. This will jumpstart our fundraising efforts that enable us to support and complement the school's academic, arts, and athletics programs. For your donation you will receive a free directory and ACS PTA membership card.

Please return this form with your donation ($5 or Bs40) - one form/donation per family - in an envelope marked "PTA" to the reception desk in the school administration building. You will receive an ACS PTA membership card as soon as possible. Directories will be available in September.
