Second Grade

Second graders are working on different parts of speech and reading short stories and novels. They continue writing paragraphs and sentences. During the month of January we will finish studying the unit called “Sabores de mi Tierra.” Students will learn about traditional Bolivian food as well as understanding how to read and write recipes. They will learn about the “Alasita” and “Ekeko” traditions.
