The Environmental Science/Outdoor Education (ESOE) class traveled to the Condoriri Valley north of La Paz in the Cordillera Real on September 29 and 30, 2007. They backpacked to a lake below the Condoriri massif and camped for the night. The students cooked excellent food during the trip and the class was treated to a clear night with beautiful views of the mountains, the stars of the southern hemisphere, and the full moon. On the morning of the 30th Mr. Hollingworth, Mr. and Mrs. Siegel, and several of the students hiked to the Pico Tarija glacier. - Fred Hollingworth
