This was my second module, I now had a partner. Ben and I decided that we were going to do Game Design 1- it was really complicated for being 1, imagine Game Design 'Advanced', dum, dum, dummmm! So, back to topic, we started of by trying to think and agree on ideas- it was harder than it sounds. By day two we were already trying to make different maps, and the idea of having to agree, it just sounded amazingly farfetched. We had finally agreed on a map y week 1, it sounded great, and making it wasnt hard either. We had the manual by our side the whole day, it went smoothly, until we were done with the actual layout. You might be wondering what else we had left to do after 'doing' the map, well the walls werent going to paint themselvs, and the guns werent just going to appear with the doors and the sounds. So as you can see we had a lot left to do. Everything went alright, but the happiness and joy only lasted until we acually tested our level. We found that there was a bug that made you die, for ever and ever, but as starnge as it may sounbd that is not supposed to happen. Once you had died there was no way for you to go back to life, and even the compuer froze. That didnt affect our grade, but it wasnt as fun to play anymore. I general it was amazingly fun, for the time the game lasted.
What would I do to make this a better expirience? Nothing, it was amazing, and I expect Game Design 2/Advanced to be even better.
