Digital Image Editing was the second module I chose after Animation and to tell you the truth, it's probably the easiest one to do. So, for any beginner Tech students, Image Editing should be your first decision. In my case, though, this was especially simple, as I had finished Animation beforehand so it was like going backwards. This was also the most intuitive module for me because I looked at the tutorials and decided to do my own thing with them, instead of just doing the standard. Plus, all my creativity was proved by the grade I got, which was the best one I had. Some of the images that I created were the Magma, the Burning Earth, the Shocking Text, and my Abstract Image that was required as sort of a final project. Mr. Dierkes told me they turned out great and if that’s true, then I guess it’s because of the undemanding effort that was needed to use Photoshop. Magma was quite an easy image to make and so was the Shocking Text. What’s awesome about Photoshop is that it takes five minutes to create a masterpiece. Burning Earth was crazy because I was in charge of the planet’s destruction and then the Abstract Image was probably the most simple, since it was just the same image repeated over and over. Image Editing was one of my favorite modules to work on. I did it alone as well, which is a necessity for a project like this one. I’m glad I got to work with Photoshop since it’s a skill I’m going to need for the future and that’s exactly the aim of a class called Technology.
