The animation module was my first module with a partner ( with that partner being the ALMIGHTY Diego Arocha). I wanted to work on this module with someone else as my picture editing capabilities with Photoshop were still "rusty", and I would need the help when it came to using the aforementioned program.

The project mainly consisted of making an animated GIF picture through the manipulation capabilities of ImageReady, a picture animating program, and Photoshop, a picture editing program. For the module, Diego and yours truly decided to make a GIF that simply read "Sacred Power of Raging Winds", titled after a Rhapsody (a favorite band) song title. Does it mean anything? Of course not! Doesn't matter though, Rhapsody hasn't made sense in years.

The animation consisted of the text flashing across the screen, with red and yellow smoke running through each letter and a ball above it rotating and changing in size. These features however, were only the tip of the iceberg when it came to editing with ImageReady, as the program allow's its users to do so much more! (Yes I know, that was shameless product placement.) The module helped me learn how easy it is to manipulate GIFs, and helped me brush up on my Photoshop skills. This module marked the first time I used ImageReady, as I had used different animation programs in the past, but I later found out this program has been by far the easiest to work with (I know, shameless promoting again, maybe I'll get an ImageReady shirt soon!).
