Texas, from the first day it had humans step on it, has been a wild battlefield.  Even before the Spaniards arrived in the 1500’s, Texas’ native Americans fought day and night until the Apache were the only large tribe left after wiping 15 other tribes in 200 years.  But later the land was conquered by the Spanish and later became land of Mexico in 1824.  But Texas soon detached from Mexico, only 11  years later in the battle of Gonzalez.  But Texas was still not a state from the U.S.  It was a state of its own, not a tranquil one though, for at the south Mexicans insisted on their possession of Texas and Americans did the same on the north.  On  1845,  U.S. President James Polk put Texas in the United States.  But this still did not control Texas, for it was wild and self-ruled until the XX century.  Texas was the central military base of the Southern United States during the Civil  War ,  for it was the only state who counted on a real powerful army next to Alabama’s.  After the great loss, Texas still was the untamable state, until 1901, when a massive amount of "black gold" was found, which forced  the American government to reestablish  its power over Texas, and Texas the wildest state of all finish its wild state of being.
On August 6th, 1825, the land known as AltoPerú became the Republic of Bolivia.  After 16 years of a blood revolutionary war, Simon Bolívar turned into the first president of Bolivia.  He  did not believe Bolivia should be a country by itself, but his ego was his biggest witness.  The congress offered him the title of presidence of a country they would name after Bolívar.
Now adays, with a population density of less than 9 people per squared kilometer, Bolivia is in the worst of situations and history is being made now.
The congress is fludded with corrupt popliticians and the president is overridden constantly.  Therefore,  agreements are never reached.  The people organize strikes and blochades, and the country is completely blocked.
How is Bolivia supposed to advance if nobody cooperates.
On August, the Constituent Assembly shall take place, hopefully reaching peace and agreements.  But will this happen if the people do not realize they are no the only Bolivians?
