being the home of Country Music (Nashville) and Blues Music (Memphis).
The "King of Rock and Roll", Elvis Presley was from Memphis and his
homee called Graceland is a big tourist attraction for people all over
the world. West Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, and East Tennessee have
many different parks and forests like Big Hill Pond Park and Alvin C.
York Historic Park. Other top attractions are the Great Smoky
Mountains, Cades Cove and Cumberland Mountains. In Memphis, you can
ride a steam powered river boat like people in the past and alson visit
the the Tennessee Aquarium and IMAX 3D Theater, which are places to
find animals and watch 3D movies. Rock City Garden is a tourist
attraction as part of the Lookout Mountain in Chattanooga.
Tennessee has a professional sports teams in Nashville playing
football and ice hockey, and in Memphis playing basketball. They
have top major college sports programs in football and women's
basketball. they have famouse and beautiful college campuses like
University of Tennessee, Vanerbilt and Tennessee Tech.
