| In 1959, when Hawaii received
statehood tourism greatly expanded as a result of the great publicity
attending statehood. The biggest tourism attractions are the
beaches and the volcanoes. Hawaii's great beaches make
people fall in love with them. The eight major islands of
Hawaii from east to west are: Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai,
Kahoolawe, Maui, and the great island of Hawaii. |
