Sucre is known for its delicious chocolate. There are two kinds of factories that make chocolate for the whole country. There are Taboada and Para Ti, Para Ti is the most famous one. We went to both factories, we thought that Taboada was insanitary because chocolate makers didn't use gloves, just their hands. In Para Ti they were moving to a new factory so they were using their emergency equipment but it was very modern and sanitary. We bought tons of chocolate and couldn't stop eating them!
