Human Footprints § Home § Cat and Dog Footprints

The human foot is unlike any other animals and is  a very complex part of the body. Alone it contains one fourth of the whole bodie's bones. The foot has three main parts: the forefoot, the mid foot and the hind foot. It's structure is designed to provide the body with support, mobility, and balance allowing it to sustain tremendous pressure. The ankle is also a very important part which works as a shock absorber and propels you forward. However, if another part of the body has an abnormality it is possible that it could affect the foot. The information above is a basic of the human foot and I hoped it has helped you learn more about the way your body functions.
