This is a controversial subject
because just as Liberty, Equality and Justice can be related, they can
be complete opposites. In modern societies, these are ideals that in
front of the Law are related. The problem comes when you look into real
life. When you understand equality and justice as the right of everyone
to equal opportunity in life, for example, good education, medical care
and a decent place to live, then political liberty not necessarily
comes with social equality and justice. On the other hand, communist
countries have advanced the ideals of social Equality and Justice but
with the suppression of Liberty.
