| We felt very grossed out at
first during the frog mummification! First we had to let them freeze
until they died. Now they were ready for dissection, the most
disgusting part of all. It was weird feeling the blood and guts while
we took them out. My friend forgot to leave the heart in. To speed up
the drying process we put the frogs in salt to remove the moisture.
Then we let them dry over the holidays. After one month we took them out of the salt, the skin felt very cold and hard. We put delicious smelling spices inside them and wrapped them in gauze. Then we had to dig holes in the ground for their tombs. |
