Each and every 6th grader dressed up as an Egyptian. Whether their character was a king, god or a noble man. Victor and I Pietro were important people. He was Anubis and I was King Rameses II.

In ancient Egypt the pharaohs were worshipped as if they were gods. This way the Egyptians thought that some gods were able to go to Earth in the shape of a real person. Anubis the god of embalming was in the under world weighing the hearts of the pharaohs.
